The seasons are finally changing, and we’re so excited to welcome Hommage à Buena Vista Social Club with Yordan Martinez & The Cuban Martinez Show to Le Balcon as they kick off their brand-new 2025/2026 Quebec tour - right here in Montreal, right here at our favorite spot for music and vibes! With six dazzling dates already locked in — from Montréal to Longueuil, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Saint-Eustache, Québec City, and Cowansville—this series is shaping up to be the ultimate celebration of Cuban music. The October 10th show at Le Balcon isn’t just another night of live music, it’s the first stop of the run, and we can already feel the energy building for what promises to be an unforgettable launch.

Led by Cuban trombonist, arranger, and composer Yordan Martinez, this powerhouse band of five incredible Cuban musicians channels the soul and sparkle of the original Buena Vista Social Club while putting their own fresh spin on the classics. Expect a night overflowing with the irresistible rhythms of son, salsa, bolero, and cha-cha-cha—the same sounds that once brought Havana’s late-night dance halls to life and made Buena Vista a worldwide phenomenon.
