Le Balcon Rules
To ensure the safety of all patrons and guests, Le Balcon has created the following code of conduct and policy guidelines. Please review and follow the rules and policies below as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion from the venue without refund.
If you have any questions, please contact the box office at 514-528-9766 ext 0.
Please be advised that Le Balcon is currently not accessible for persons with disability needs.
As the venue is general admission only with no reserved seats, it is advised that patrons and guests arrive no later than 45 minutes before a ticketed event. This will give you plenty of time to find your seat and get through the gates.
Flash photography, video or audio recording devices, and professional cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited for all performances. Standard or nonprofessional cameras are only allowed if both the venue and artist provides public authorization and will be noted in the program guide or description.
Le Balcon believes the show must go on, but sometimes the unexpected happens and a show has to be canceled or postponed. In these circumstances, announcements are made as soon as possible. If your ticketed event is canceled, please call 514-528-9766 ext 0 to ask about rescheduling or ticket refund procedures and policies.
Smart casual or semi-formal wear is recommended for the venue. If a specific show requires anything more formal, it will be noted in the event description.
Le Balcon offers food and beverages at concession stands before the shows beginning and during intermission. These are the only food items allowed into the theatre. Outside food and drinks are never allowed.
